Introducing Mark Ould of Malibu Podiatry

Having been raised and educated in Shire of Rockingham it was a natural progression to open a Podiatric surgery in the district of Rockingham after graduating from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science (Podiatry) in 1992.

Malibu Podiatry Surgery opened on the 3rd March, 1993 and has steadily grown, now providing professional services to patients who travel from as far north as Ocean Reef and from Busselton in the South-West.

In 1992, I completed a Post-graduate Diploma in Podiatry and at the start of 2001, I commenced an association with the Western Australian Police Service as a Forensic Podiatrist that had me reviewing investigative shoe and bare foot impression evidence identified from major crime scenes.

Malibu Podiatry Surgery is a family orientated business that aims to offer a diverse array of management for conditions that affect the feet and lower limbs, commonly in association with other health professionals.

Dr Ross Asks some important questions of interest to Rockingham residents - Chiropractor Rockingham Dr Ross Asks...

How could chiropractic help a stomach problem?
Chiropractic works by locating and reducing areas of the spine compromising nerve communications between your brain and your body. If nerves to or from your stomach are irritated, your stomach won't work right. Chiropractors find the source of the interference, reduce it and allow your body to work as designed.
What's the difference between a "good" drug and a "bad" drug?
As a chiropractor, I see the use of many drugs (legal or illegal) as merely symptom treating. Worse, virtually every drug produces unwanted effects. The effects of chiropractic are largely positive effects. If you're a Rockingham parent, consider carefully before giving your child a cough medication, cold remedy or pain reliever so this sort of question doesn't arise in the first place.
